Andrew Crane is a newly-hatched American photographer hailing from the coast of Maine. Raised in a photographic household, he has been in and out of the darkroom since he was a young'un. He has escaped from the great state of Maine on numerous occasions to explore the world, but consistently finds himself drawn back into the vortex of Vacationland.
He enjoys chasing ferries and is fascinated by islands and the people who inhabit them. His photographs document the lives of those around him, shooting portraits of friends, colleagues, and strangers, as well as the places they haunt and inhabit. He graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA in 2015. His photographs have been exhibited in shows internationally.
